Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO), a non-governmental development organization certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. ESDO embarked on its journey in 1986 with a vision to establish solidarity with the poor and marginalized. Being a people-centered organization, ESDO envisioned a society that would be free from inequality and injustice. ESDO has been implementing various activities / projects for social development and skill enhancement. ESDO is currently working for the overall development of 10 million extremely poor people in 263 upazilas of 49 districts of the country.
Applications for the post of Field Officer are being invited for the ESDO-run microfinance program with the support of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). The apprenticeship period will be 01 year from the date of joining the service. After the end of the apprenticeship period, the job will be fixed on the basis of evaluation.
